By signing up for or using My Birthday Pass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
My Birthday Pass connects consumers with local businesses offering birthday perks, discounts, and freebies during the consumer's birthday month. We are a platform, not the provider of the offers themselves.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to create an account. Each person may hold one free My Birthday Pass account.
4. Member accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or offer redemptions to others.
5. Offer redemption
Offers are provided by participating businesses and are subject to their terms, availability, and expiration dates. We do not guarantee that every offer will be available at every location or at all times.
6. Business listings
Businesses that participate in My Birthday Pass are independent third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfillment of their products or services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse offers, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
